Warranty and returns
Any DOA claim must be reported to AI-SAT within 7 days of receiving the units. Faulty units must first be sent back with an RMA. After testing, the unit is replaced, or returned after repair, or the value of the faulty unit is refunded. Shipping cost is covered one way by the buyer and one way by the seller.
Used and pre-owned equipment is sold as is, with DOA warranty or a 30 to 90 days limited warranty depending on the individual product, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Cancellation
In case of order cancellation after a purchase order, email confirmation or verbal confirmation, a 100% cancellation fee is charged. Receiving advance payment for an order also counts as confirmation of the order.

- Payment terms: 100% in advance with confirmation

- Prices do not include freight charges, insurance, taxes, duties, bonds, customs bonds or other similar charges
- Transfer of property for the offered equipment takes effect only after receipt of full payment
